Adelante Recovery Center takes a whole-person approach to addiction treatment. We use evidence-based medicine in combination with counseling and experiential therapies to help our clients get well.
We believe chemical dependency is just one component of addiction and that it’s essential to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We strive to create personalized programs that address all aspects of health and wellness, a unique approach that gives our clients higher-than-average success rates in recovery.
Adelante offers comprehensive detox and residential inpatient services and is licensed and certified to treat the following mental health conditions (commonly called dual diagnosis):

TAKE THE FIRST STEP WITH DETOX
Clients with moderate to severe addictions usually need medically supervised detox to safely rid the body of chemical substances. Adelante Recovery Center is licensed to provide these critical services.
Our clinical team provides round-the-clock supervision and support to help patients detox safely and comfortably. We use the latest, evidence-based methods and medications in our detoxification program to help ease drug and alcohol withdrawal symptoms.
MOVE FORWARD PAST DETOX TO AN INPATIENT RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
After detox, clients at Adelante move into our residential treatment program. This essential step in the recovery process provides the foundations for long-term sobriety.
Our experienced counselors are committed to helping clients understand the root cause of their addiction. While no two people are exactly alike, many people begin abusing drugs or alcohol to deal with past trauma, negative feelings, or stress. This often leads to addiction and physical dependency.
Our staff is trained to work with clients struggling with addiction with no underlying mental health concerns as well as those who have co-occurring mental health disorders, addictions to multiple substances, or other complex situations.
Our inpatient and residential programs include any combination of individual, group, couples, and family therapy, based on each client’s needs. We help clients develop important life skills and habits essential for long-term sobriety. Our clients receive:
- One-on-one time with licensed psychologists to work through issues and develop healthy life goals, as well as relationship-building and networking skills. We also provide career and resumé support.
- Access to luxury amenities in a tranquil setting.
- Homemade family-style meals, fitness training, yoga, hiking, paddle boarding, and other experiential therapy options.

WHY RESIDENTIAL INPATIENT TREATMENT?
Adelante Recovery Center exclusively offers residential inpatient treatment at our Orange County rehab center. In our experience, clients do best in the more intensive, structured environment that a residential treatment setting provides. And research shows that longer-term addiction programs and those that integrate mental health treatment yield better outcomes for patients.
But we understand that not everyone needs this level of care or is able to attend a residential treatment program due to life circumstances.
To ensure our clients get the treatment that best suits their needs, we offer referrals to reputable providers for partial hospitalization programs (also known as day treatment), intensive outpatient programs (IOPs), sober living, and aftercare treatment programs for clients who need them.
