We incorporate 12-step principles into our program, as it is one of the most effective methods of helping people maintain their sobriety. But our treatment program includes much more than 12-step, including:
- Evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- A whole-person approach to health and well-being that helps meet clients’ physical, psychological, and spiritual needs
- Recreational activities that promote wellness, including yoga, art therapy, beach outings, hikes, and others
- Recovery support services and tools
How much does treatment cost?
The cost of treatment varies for each person, depending on the services and level of care they need. Some people come to us for detox only, while others complete detox and move into residential inpatient care for several weeks or months. The best way to determine the cost of treatment is to contact us or submit your insurance information for verification. We accept PPO insurance plans, which may cover some or all the cost of care.
